Virtual Radar Client - VRC
Controller Files for Belgrade FIR/ACC for use with Virtual Radar Client
Sector file (click to download) file for LYBA FIR, which contains data according to the newest AIRAC for Beograd ACC. This file will give you map of Beograd ACC on VRC scope with all borders, navaids, airports, lower and upper airways including runway, taxiways and aprons for LYBE airport. Based on Serbia & Montenegro AIP.
Position File (click to download) for ACC Beograd for use with VRC. Implemented in VRC, this file helps you to identify all other ATC stations near you.

Information about Virtual Radar Client
VRC is used to connect to the VATSIM Virtual Air Traffic SIMulation network. VRC simulates the radar system used by air traffic controllers to guide aircraft along their routes through the simulated world on VATSIM.
Following is a list of features included in VRC. Bear in mind that VRC was never intended to accurately model any real-world Air Traffic Control radar system. It has several different radar modes that somewhat closely model the data tags and targets shown on some types of real radar systems, and there are a few features listed below that were inspired by features found in real systems. However, most other aspects of the program were created more with ease-of-use in mind, as opposed to realism. Furthermore, VRC is intended for use on multi-monitor systems. It will work just fine on single monitor systems, but the interface may not be as comfortable.
Built-in profile system. Save all settings in multiple profiles for easy switching between positions.
Multiple radar modes. (Ground, Tower, ARTS, DSR, VRC.)
Multiple radar screens open at once, each with its own sector file and radar mode.
Position and size of all windows are saved between sessions.
Floating "tool windows" for most secondary functions. (Chat, flight strip editing, communications, etc.)
Flight strip editing window contains text boxes for quick amendments.
Flight strip bay with drag-and-drop ordering of strips and annotation of strips.
Flight strips can be colorized based on arrival/departure/overlight/etc. with user-defined colors.
Button bar for quick access to certain functions such as muting voice channels, accessing METARs, etc.
Two and three minute countdown timers for tower controllers.
Quick-access button for accepting and releasing landline calls. (Intercom & override.)
Quick-access button and hotkey for enabling and disabling airspace floor/ceiling filters.
Resizable radio text window.
Colorized text in radio text window.
Hotkeys for jumping between scope "bookmarks" for quick recall of zoom/pan settings.
Multiple visibility centers for controllers working large sectors.
Aircraft data tags can be repositioned using the mouse.
Separation rings shown around aircraft in conflict, or activated by hotkey.
"Declutter" hotkey automatically un-tags all aircraft which the user is not currently tracking.
Optional looping Conflict Alert sound; can be silenced by hotkey or mouse click.
"Separation predictor" lines can be drawn between two targets, predicting when the aircraft will pass closest to each other, and at what distance.
"Anchor" lines can be drawn from aircraft to a fixed point, showing distance, time and bearing to that point, updated as the aircraft moves.
Targets and tags can be colorized based on several factors, including full/partial data block, conflict, squawking emergency, tracked, coasting, filtered, etc.
Built-in ATISMaker function for automatically updating the ATIS as the weather changes
